Gem SLA management dialog

Early exploration for how Gem users can manage and customize SLAs for their candidate experience.

This functionality will enable any Gem user to set specific timeframes within which action must be taken on candidates in the interview process. So, for example, if a team has a 12 hour internal service agreement to message job candidates, Gem will help them stay on top of that timeline.
