We also proposed a completely revolutionary approach to the choice of time of appointment. The user only needs to specify the type of appointment and all the necessary staff. The product itself, understanding how much time is required for each action, and analyzing the personal schedule of each doctor, will select possible options that the receptionist will be able to offer the patient. This speeds up staff work, reduces queues, removes duplicating appointments, and makes scheduling more efficient. Users with whom we tested this feature were amazed at how much it could change their workflow. And we did not expect more praise.
