Album Cover Redesign - "Sisa Rasa" by Mahalini

Lately I love to listen this song because of how it connects to my feeling. The feeling that wanted to be conveyed was being interpreted beautifully through the voice power by Mahalini. I'm glad to be able to know this song.

For the concept, in the middle is the eye (window to the soul), with the moon and sun behind it (represent how the memory will always there, day by day, night by night).

Bottom left corner: moon, upper right corner: sun, to interpret the dynamic- circular movement of how the moon and sun rotates each day.

Looper pattern behind, to represent the mixed feeling itself, happy but also sad, longing but also hoping kind-of-feeling. Pink colour added to keep the album personality.

I also use futuristic typeface so it's relevant to younger-adults.
