Murmur — Working agreements tool
🤗 Hi Dribbblers,
I'm very happy and proud to finally show you the result of our work with Murmur, a North American startup responsible for a tool that allows teams to collaborate effectively when proposing and finalizing working agreements.
It emerged from the renowned organizational leader and best-selling author, Aaron Dignan (yes, the author of the Brave New Work book 🤩). We teamed up with him and his team, which included my admired Dustin Senos, ex-head of design at Medium, to conceptualize the value proposition of Murmur and design its entire UI and branding.
After vast research, we ended up creating an interface highly oriented to phases, each one with its own meaning, in which the user clearly knows where they are and what they have to do at every moment. A friendly, educational, and enjoyable journey for teams that want to unleash the power of agreements.
