Blockwire Blueprint Wireframe

Trying a new wireframing style for this (internal) project more akin to blueprints. The idea is to convey overall layout, design elements, and copy blocks without getting detailed and regardless of whether we have rough copy yet. Callouts are to help explain sections / elements. We may use this for client work in the near future.
