Creating our digital herbarium is something we’ve long waited for, today we began cataloging our full suite of living specimens and creating consistent interfaces. Incorporating new technologies to capture and preserve each flowers engaging story, we are sharing interdependencies at play in meadow life through their informative and personal accounts. A narrative/enhanced trail approach allows us to update conventions of traditionally pressed, dead flower specimen sheets. The goal of creating memorable artifacts for nature lovers and trail kids to arm their knowledge for conservation.
