Redesign of Typeform's Help Center
I was assigned to redesign Typeform's Help Center to improve user experience, facilitate support team and as a result reduce churn.
Instead of a product centered solution, the new design is based on the user. The new design takes into consideration the newbies VS advanced users and readers VS viewers.
The design needs to be functional, clear and engaging. It is stripped from the many playful elements of the brand maintaining a more technical and functional character.
