The Problem

Equity Bank has a large number of partners running through various Group subsidiaries. Providing efficient services to them has been a challenge and sometimes inconveniencing to the Partners. The bank needed to create a solution where the Partners can get reports, basic services and possibly initiate service requests to be processed and resolved by the supports teams.

The Solution

By providing the Partners with a self-service portal, the bank will achieve multiple things including reducing turnaround time for service, improved interactions with the Partners, efficiency in certain manual processes and empowering the Partners. This solution will grow as the number of Partners continues to grow and possibly into the other subsidiaries
