The World Bank needed a Monitoring and Evaluation platform that could enable the management, collection and analysis of data to monitor the performance of programs and projects. The solution allowed for the creation of a customized data context, data collection forms, and advanced visualizations to respond to each county’s context, supported by advanced features delivered out-of-the-box.

My Role

Setting Goals and Objectives , Stakeholder Interviews, Establishing Key Audiences, Building Personas, Creating Scenarios, User Journeys and Stories, Site Maps, Content Audit and Inventory, Experience Maps, UX Research, Competitor Research, Prototypes, Wireframes, High-Fidelity Design, Usability Testing.
