The client wanted to showcase his first name initial, which also serves as a nickname, along with his favorite colors - maroon and cobalt blue. Clustering these two colors around the shutter, as opposed to alternating them, shows equal distribution of polar forces - hot and cold, dark and bright, heavy and light, etc. Silver serves as an accent color to make the image whole.
