Breaking the wall between Design and Code  -  Personal dashboard

I was inspired by my developer colleagues, who helped me understand how valuable it is for a designer to explore and understand the cogs that make any product a reality. A designer that understands, at least in a shallow way, how those cogs interact, will be supercharging any solution for any given problem.
