Park 909 App: User Flow Model

PARK909 is a smartphone app that makes garage parking easy. It allows users to effortlessly and efficiently enter, exit, and pay for the parking garage. Although the garage is open to any public customer, it will offer a discount to employees of Georgetown University. 

Considering the customer parking experience through research, the User Flow Model provides an opportunity to address pain points in the Park 909 app and craft an experience we want for customers. This helps us visualize those experiences.
