Mental Health AI Onboarding: Selecting Trusted Friends/Family

In 2019, more first responders died by suicide than in the line of duty.

My goal with this application was to create a system that improves the overall mental health of First Responders.

Through user research, we found that our users wanted to talk to friends/family when stressed but didn't always have the energy or pride to reach out.

This functionality was created so users wouldn't have to put in that effort when they are in a stressed out mental state. The screens here show setup for this in onboarding.
