Ad Objective: Within a 60-day time-frame, reach a greater number of potential voters in a very small voting district (only +/- 8,000 people). All ads were targeted to within the city limits or “Current City only” targeting. 

Challenges: Time-frame and geographic area. Maureen (and Social Burro) was up against an opponent with more than 3x the campaign funding and many more placements. With this in mind, Social Burro designed a highly-targeted (“sniper”) approach vs. the more traditional shotgun method.
