Electronic Medical Record - Patient Card

I was asked by a potential employer to fast create an example of a patient card of an EMR system. I tackled this task by first interviewing my mom, a recently retired occupational health nurse. Then I went on to make a quick pencil sketch and onto this Firma shot of a UI of a patient card using Ant Design system. Due to time restriction, I did not have time left to validate the design. In the future, I might do a revision or add additional views. Have a great day! :)
