Classic Personas

This exercise was a thorough development of information about different types of users that a website application relating to substance use disorder (SUD) needed to support. It followed a classic template in which I defined and named each persona, considered life circumstances and potential histories with substance use, and extrapolated values, motivations, and helpful content / features for each. These were then validated through subject matter experts and SUD counselors, and were used to support decision making and prioritization of features and content within the site. These were produced for a project with GovWebworks.
