Chatbot Dialogue Flow

In a conversational interface using artificial intelligence (IA), it's important to generate conversation flows - and validate them through user testing. This allowed me to think through how to invite and welcome a user to engage and escalation triggers and processes that would ensure they get support in the event the bot could not yet solve their particular problem. Conversation flows such as this also help identify infinite loops the user could end up in and to hone the tone and voice associated with the bot entity. This was generated for a project with GovWebworks.
