Express Personas

To expedite the definition of user types and develop consensus with project stakeholders of each user's functional requirements, we used express personas to describe the user at a high level, and delineate features valued by each. This became the basis of experiences designed for each user type and contributed to architecture of the solution. This was provided through my work with GovWebworks.
