Public Convenience

The second word that was given as part of the One word briefs was PUBLIC CONVENIENCE. To help me with this, I took inspiration from things that I find most inconvenient within society. Being a waitress in my local pub I found that the biggest inconvenience I faced was rude customers. Therefore, I created list of rude comments or gestures that I had been subjected to in the past and turned them into beermats. These are items most commonly found in a pub which is why my intentions would be to dispose of these pieces within the facility for customers to read, hopefully giving them an insight to the struggles the hospitality industry faces on a regular basis.
