Northstar Dashboard Refresh

We recently shipped one of the first things I've been able to work on here at Northstar!

We made some small improvements to our dashboard when visiting your Northstar account, providing better hierarchy for users and improved layout for getting to the most important information needed. We refreshed our dashboard cards styling and adjusted hierarchy of how we layout Real Balance calculations.
