Faluda or Falooda is a cold and sweet beverage or dessert containing many ingredients, very popular in Asia though it is originated in the Persian dish. This beverage is made in a variety of flavors, like Mango Faluda, Ice cream Faluda, Shahi Faluda, etc. It is not only delicious but it also cools your body. October is heating for real and we are still experiencing 30-35 degrees Celsius. It is a perfect summer drink, refreshing and cooling. It is an easy-peasy layered dessert that is a breeze to put up.
