This is the homepage of a support site redesign I did for Chartbeat awhile back, just now getting around to posting. It was a huge challenge to make something that's traditionally pretty ugly and confusing (FAQ sites) feel elegant, fun, and useful, while working within the constraints of Salesforce's Desk platform.
