Design is Subjective

Shopify and Dribbble have teamed up for a playoff that asks designers to illustrate what design is to them.

Design to me is completely subjective. Whether it’s client work or a passion project, there’s always a critic. I believe that you should leave a piece of yourself in everything you create and not worry about nay-sayers. That sounds like a dumb quote you’d see hand lettered somewhere (maybe even by me) but I sincerely believe it.
