Navigation Bar Exploration - Flick

Some updates to our navigation that allows a user to switch between, social groups, pages within the app, and the workspace they're part of.

This comes from introducing the ability to have multiple workspaces, and now, multiple social groups. This also opens up a few doors for us in the navigation patterns throughout the app. (Previously, social group switching was in the top right corner of the page, but this meant having to have a top-bar that reduced available vertical space on the page. We now don't require this, which means a few more options can be explored.

We'll test and see how it goes down with users, then iterate further on global navigation patterns.
