Report missing food item - Careem

Reporting Missing Item/Wrong Item User Story: 

As a customer, while reporting for an Item Missing, I want to select the item so that , I can get the resolution accordingly instead of the full amount.

Hypothesis: 

Given a customer is presented with the options of which item is missing or sent wrong from the order, we can refund and compensate the customer accordingly.

Secondly, we need to make it more machine-readable so introducing Prepopulated text tags according to the most common use cases to get better self serve automated solutions instantly according to the policy.
