Reporting Missing Item/Wrong Item
User Story: As a customer, while reporting for an Item Missing, I want to select the item so that I can get the resolution accordingly instead of full amount.
Some examples where we refund full order amount
User reporting 1 item is missing from BOGO deal
User reporting side items were missing (coke, humas) from the meal
User reporting about just coleslaw is missing
Hypothesis: Given a customer is presented with the options of which item is missing or sent wrong from the order, we can refund and compensate the customer accordingly.
Customer can select the missing item
Customer can also mention the quantity of the missing item.
Custom can also add only comments if something else was missing from the order.
