Support inbox refactoring - Careem App

In Careem super app, care in the back bone of it to cover all verticals, Ride Hail,Food, Pay,Groceries, Bikes and partners.

Support inbox is a blessing, it contain all ticket created against any issue and its resolution and status of it provided by Careem care .

On left hand side is the old design, so I decided it to refactor it with min engineering efforts.

Observations:

Green icon is not adding any value and consuming real estate , we can show more characters of ticket title if we can reduce the size

Secondly , we can show the icons as shown in Careem supper app history log , so user can identify the issue and vertical.

Just a hygiene thing but added some shimmer and empty/error states
