Tanya Rey (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste)

Tanya Rey is Product Designer based in Switzerland. Her work stands within the fields of technology and nature. Her aim is to bring nature into closed spaces.

This project reveals a possibility to keep in touch with the earth while we are spending our time between four walls.

Tanya contacted me to develop an editorial piece for the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. It shows how digital fabrication can produce objects/spaces that could contain nature such as plants and flowers. I also illustrated the shapes appearing in it, trying to blend the geometrical shapes of the machines and the soft transitions related to plants.
