Hope Will Rise Sketch

So I was painting one day and my wife says to me "Michelangelo would let his lover have at least a single stroke in all of his works" Me. I am like, no way am I letting you touch my painting... Quickly swayed by the romance of the story I allow her to paint a single stroke. She then proceeds to tell me that she lied knowing I would fall for it, I shook my head smirking, but then It has become a tradition. I let my wife finish some element in my works, that way I am always reminded that she, in many senses completes me.
