Community analytics

Hi, Dribbble. I've been quiet - I recently joined a new startup after some restful time off. Community analytics - how does one enable a community manager to better manage and grow their communities, while advocating the importance of community? Here's some of my early exploration - I anticipate change as we validate the design, knuckle down components, do user testing, and run this through an accessibility lens. Thanks.
