I had the opportunity to design the new identity and the new Website for Perspective. A company specialised in real estate investment in Belgium and Luxembourg.The key words: Sobriety and efficiency. Through a new artistic direction with an editorial look and feel, Perspective develops a strong, minimal and modern image. Made of contrast, this identity emphasizes the achievements and services. A new typography, a layout based on a very solid grid, and a lot of space for the imagery.A site architecture that is both service-oriented and sales-oriented, with projects and units for sale highlighted.This new direction is accompanied by a print and digital brandbook.
