Pain Plan Patient App

A user will receive a text or email every day asking that they launch the app and report their pain level that day. When they launch the app, they'll see just 5 large buttons indicating pain level 1 through 5. Once they've registered how they feel, it will indicate a quick confirmation message, and the app will close. This is the entirety of the UI from a user perspective.
