Canestrelli Biscuits
This is my favourite kind of biscuit. In Italy, they’re called Canestrelli, and are typical of the northern Liguria region. Like a good piece of design, they are uncomplicated (easy ingredients, easy to do and reproduce) but delightful at the same time, with its flower-like shape and the icing sugar on the top.
