User Journey Map - Food Delivery App
Something a little different!
I created this journey map to better understand my user while designing a food delivery app. From my research, I found that many people still called their local restaurant directly to place an order because these restaurants weren’t on existing food delivery platforms, but they would prefer being able to order online. I decided to incorporate this into my user journey.
