NHL Minimalistic Logos - Arizona Coyotes

I have always thought the branding for the Coyotes fit the team just right. For this logo I wanted to venture away from the actually coyote from the logo and move on to a different element. I chose the moon logo they have used many times in the past and thought that even though it may be a little hard to recognize for a non hockey fan, I am hoping the color scheme is what will make it recognizable.
