Profile for One portal
🇬🇧 Employee profile is the most personal page of an employee on the corporate portal. Therefore, our task was to combine work data and personal data on it. So each employee can tell about himself as fully as possible, and get to know other colleagues from different sides. And also, find people with the same interests, get confirmation from colleagues of their skills, find out where the person worked before us. And of course, to find out how to contact a person, where he is sitting in the office, and whether he is on vacation or not. All this has become possible thanks to the integration with other services: the vacation service, the deskbooking service, the service of the organizational structure of the company. Also, employees can "subscribe" to colleagues to receive notifications about their upcoming birthdays and vacation plans, as well as be the first to learn about their promotions and new positions.
💙 This post is also a tribute to our colleague, the product manager of One portal, Sergey Kudinov, who left our team recently. With him, we researched and developed all services of One portal, which made the life of colleagues in the company much easier and better. It was a great time, the product turned out great, thanks to him. From the whole design team we wish him new successes 💙

🇷🇺 Профиль сотрудника — самая личная страница сотрудника на корпоративном портале. Поэтому, нашей задачей было свести на ней рабочие данные и личные. Так каждый сотрудник может рассказать о себе максимально полно, и с разных сторон узнать других коллег. А также, найти людей с такими же интересами, получить подтверждения от коллег своих скиллов, узнать, где работал человек до нас. И конечно же, узнать, как связаться с человеком, где он сидит в офисе, и в отпуске он или нет. Все это стало возможно благодаря интеграции информации из других сервисов: сервиса отпусков, сервиса дескбукинга, сервиса орг.структуры компании. Также, сотрудники могут «подписаться» на коллег, чтобы получить уведомления об их предстоящих днях рождениях и планах на отпуск, а также, первыми узнать об их повышении и новых должностях.
💙 Этот пост — также требьют нашему коллеге, продакт менеджеру портала, Сергею Кудинову, который покинул нашу команду недавно. С ним мы исследовали и придумывали все функции и сервисы портала, чем сделали жизнь коллег в компании сильно проще и лучше. Классное было время, классный получился продукт, спасибо ему и от всей дизайн-команды желаем новых успехов 💙
