Our client  processes millions of legal documents every year. For this project, we had three goals in mind.

(1) Reduce production time — streamline the workflow to create documents in less clicks.

(2) Improve usability — maintain consistent and cohesive experience across the application.

(3) Increase system reliability — run code in response to events and automatically manage the resources.

Our product team visited client offices across the United States to conduct user interviews. We received valuable insights which helped us clarify the scope of the project and prioritize customer  problems. The team conceived and tested different solutions. We went through many iterations testing different hypothesis.
