Camera Networking Application

A project a friend and I worked on towards the end of the year. This shot is for a photo networking app. In this shot you can find the the profile and messaging page.

My role - UX Designer

• I conducted user interviews, drafted up affinity maps and from those maps got user personas and problem statements that informed the designs.

• I also conducted competitive audits and defined user journey maps for the project.

• After user research, I came up with different versions for the home, profile, and messaging screens during wireframing. The screens above were the ones we settled on after different iterations.

• After the first prototype was up, I conducted usability studies to test the designs with real world users.

• Accessibility was taken into consideration during the design process. (DM to learn more about our considerations).

The app is currently under development. I'll be sure to update you and provide a download link once it's ready.
