Registrations and profiles with LightSource

A psychologist who works as a consultant and applies competency tests, came to us with the following challenge: The activity that took the longest time to complete was the capture of basic information about the company and the employee to be tested. There were 5 to 10 employees per company to register and start the proposed consultancy.

As the captures were made on different platforms, spreadsheets and e-mails, organizing this information was not easy. To gather everything and find out what is missing, what needs to be revised, what is in the correct way, it took an average of 3 weeks.

During this period, I also had the activity of analysis and test applications as a psychologist. Can you imagine the rush?

By applying design to map the user's journey, we developed a first solution to the problem: Automate the first registration of information between the company and the consultancy. The first results were impressive: We've reduced the time for exchanging information from weeks to hours. We follow Nielsen's heuristics, for example, to help the user to recognize, diagnose and recover the error during registration and efficiency and flexibility in using the platform.

The project continues, now with the Power BI development team, to organize and make available the analysis of competency tests developed in customized dashboards and reports.
