Cult Wine

First of all, I didn't mean to laugh at those who love these unique and very rare wines and wineries. There are various types of wine enthusiasts and I respect their favor, taste, and preference. I just want to share my thought with this illustration about a very special wine which is called Cult wine.

Most of us can buy a bottle of wine to enjoy it for dinner, weekend with a family. Those would be 10 to 20 bucks or less which is not that big deal. (Maybe more than that on special occasions - birthday, wedding anniversary, etc.) However, that Cult wine has a different story. You can't buy it because of its rarity, price range, and waiting list.

Cult wine is not a specific brand or winery name. This is for people who can afford a large amount of money($$$ ~ $$$$ or $$$$$). Many wines we consume are made several thousand bottles in a year. Cult wines come from only several hundred boxes in a well-maintained, small vineyard. The taste would be great and the price soars up. People want to have it but you need to list your email on the waiting list. If you are lucky, you can buy bottles but should wait several months, even years or decades.
