Redesigning GoBox

Sending large items or moving houses is always a hassle. But not anymore, if you do it with GoBox, a service that helps users deliver large items or even send items in bulk.

We just redesigned the entire user experience of GoBox. While we made it more functional, usable, and delightful, we have also tried to make the decision-making faster for the users with apt recommendations and educational copy.

Our goal is to help the users manage large deliveries efficiently, with just a few steps, and develop better communication and trust between the GoBox drivers and users.

Because with Gojek #ThereIsAlwaysAWay.
