Big Bada-Boom

Animation was rotoscoped over footage of WW2 bomb tests in New Mexico. Explosion and smoke was hand drawn rotoscope, frame by frame. Background was filtered from original footage with halftone effect to give a 1940's comic book feel to the animation.
