Make the Grade's mission was to create a website corresponding to the brand's image and allowing the conversion of visitors. The client: what is HelloWork's mission?

HelloWork is a B2B company that connects recruiters, employers and trainers with all active people regardless of their objectives. Whether it is for a professional evolution, a reorientation, or a change of region, HelloWork is there for any individual looking for a job. 

The Challenge for Make the Grade

Prior to Make the Grade, HelloWork employees tended to be in the middle of a job at the same time. But in growth marketing, that's like being everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Basically, the HelloWork team has only one desire: to test more complex and technical actions.

Make the Grade was involved in the creation of the website dedicated to recruiters on the CRM tool HubSpot. This allows HelloWork to increase its lead generation through the retrieval of information from inbound media such as landing pages and forms.

To realize this project, HelloWork chose the CMS, Marketing Hub Enterprise and Sales Hub Starter HubSpot. Here are the actions worked by our teams:

  • Site map dedicated to conversion and SEO

  • Web style guide

  • Ergonomic mock-ups

  • Graphic mock-ups

  • Development of pages on the HubSpot CMS

The results

HelloWork noticed a real impact after the site went live in early March 2021. We are even talking about record numbers of leads generated with an increase of about 30%. The difference is that they are qualified!
