Apple-Maps-like 3D trees

This is a carefully designed 3D tree, that I try to copy from Apple Maps' new styles. Tree crown is designed with Spline. Tree trunks are simple cylinders that match the girth size data of every tree. Every tree is deterministically rotated so that they don't look the same.
