Volunteer Management - Web Platform | Directory

The third part of the volunteer management project — database AKA Directory of Volunteers.

As I mentioned before, Timecounts is a large volunteer management solution prevalent in North America.

I created a redesign 🦾of their Communication/Directory component, making it much more user-friendly than it used to be and sticking to the best UX practices for the functionality we were in need.

The huge part here was the filtration: I learned A LOT from such products like Airtable, Cooper CRM and HubSpot and turned the best parts of the functionality to the adjustable volunteer searching panel: organizer can select multiple parameters or multiple filter categories adjusting conditions between them, and the main thing — save all the search parameters for the later usage. The Saved Searches are also editable and easy-adjustable.

Also, organizer can switch between companies and volunteers views in a single click — using an iconic switcher.
