Breathe
The art of breathing.
Breathing is in fact, one of the physiological needs that, I believe, we humans beings often take for granted. As someone who has experienced anxiety in the past, I’ve learned how important it is to just take deep breathes in order to relief anxiety attacks. The last few weeks life has pushed me and challenged me to remember to take a moment to close my eyes, and take a deep breathe, and oh boy, I can’t tell how this action, which is something we do unconsciously, is so vital to keep going. This post is just a visual reminder for me (and for you too) so we can look back at it when things get heavier and just take a moment to breathe in and breathe out and to remember we are still here, alive.
