Mills

Mills are a skincare and beauty company with a new kind of company ethic: every person employed in the Mills line of production earns a living wage. Mills' highest company salary will never be more that 15x what it's lowest wage is. Mills is employee owned.

Mills produces luxury skincare products and is honest about what's in them. Mills products aren't chemical free: of course they aren't, we all know that. But, the chemicals used are the strictly necessary ones, and they're ethically sourced and produced. Waste is disposed of with humanity and it's environment in mind.

I know all this because it's written on the packaging I designed, and the website I built. Mills' finery and straightforward honesty is communicated in the logo I designed, and in all of the visual language that we created. I was very proud to collaborate with Mills (and am proud of the pretty things we made, too!).
