Volunteer Management - Mobile App | Filtering

Non-profits are underestimated, but especially this area pushes many lives forward: through human beings who are ready to support others, and who are properly supported by quality leadership.
Timecounts is a large volunteer management solution, especially widespread in North America.
I created a redesign of their Communication/Directory component, making it much more user-friendly than it used to be, and sticking to the best UX practices for the functionality we were in need.
There was no mobile version before, now it is. The visuals remain distinguishable and brand-representative, so no one won't be suffering from getting used to the completely new interface: it just became more efficient. And that's only the beginning.
On these screens, you can see the Filters functionality: one of the most complex parts of the redesign. The user can easily select as many needed filters as he needs, easily editing each of the parameters on the dedicated page, opened from the select box.
Now, the volunteer searching through thousands of contact is a much more pleasant experience for organizers: customers' feedback has already proved it.
