Appcent HR was designed to develop a new approach to human resources. With this new approach, besides many innovations, important features such as creating a detailed job posting, executing the recruitment processes in cooperation with other employees of your company, making onboarding fast and easy, and most importantly, creating an organized applicant database within the company itself are being presented.

With Appcent HR, you can easily post a job, view the postings you create and the applications received through the job posting on a regular basis. You can take the applicants to the next stage and check the stage of the candidates, ask your company employees for opinions and support on tests and assignments, and collaborate with your managers on the fate of the applicant. Appcent HR also helps you with the onboarding process. On the screens where the recruited candidates are listed, you can monitor the stage they are in, and you can easily follow and advance the process in matters such as the delivery of the necessary documents and orientation.

Appcent HR creates a database of all applicants and stores the information of each rejected or hired candidate for you. You can search historically and view why previously rejected candidates were rejected.

You can do all this without needing any other apps or external support!

I worked as the only designer in this project. Having meetings with HR personnel, I created flows (there are 4 flows - manager/director, HR, assignment reviewer and applicant). Then I started to work on wireframes and then created mood boards and a design guide for the project. Last, I finished UI design.
