Demand dashboard for an education software
As part of Straightaway's nurse training software, we designed a demand dashboard that shows the nurse aid gap at the hospitals. It gives the manager a clear view of the turnover rate, the number of aids needed each month and how many classes are required to cover the hospitals' shortfall of caregivers. It also displays the enrolments, and the amount of money is at risk per year if the positions aren't filled.
The UI that we designed focuses on aesthetics and maximizes the responsiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of the education software.
